2019 Holiday Shipping Guidelines

Place orders by Wednesday December 12th, 2018 to ensure arrival on time for December 24th*

*Delivery estimates are based only on in-stock items going to most shipping destinations located in non-extended areas within Canada and the Contiguous United States. Customers located in remote areas or outside of US & Canada are strongly encouraged to order much further in advance of December 12th to allow for sufficient transit time during peak shipping season. Exceptions include but aren’t limited to: Out of stock/back-ordered items, Make-up, Beads, Findings, Rhinestones, Feathers, Notions, Costumes, Dressforms, and Wigs.

Canadian Customers with a P.O. Box are encouraged to provide us with an alternate shipping address that can be serviced by UPS or Fedex. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to offer any guarantees on delivery service.

We understand that the holidays are a busy time and you may have missed our recommended order deadline. Don’t worry! As always, we welcome shipping inquires and can custom quote for express shipping to get you that perfect gift just in time. If you’re really running late, we also offer Gift Certificates! See below for our absolute latest order deadlines for you last minute shoppers!

Order Deadlines for Upgraded Express Services. Additional fees will apply, and are custom quoted by our team:
Monday December 17th – Last day for UPS 3-Day Select, Fedex Economy Express
Tuesday December 18th – Last day for UPS 2nd Day, Fedex 2-Day
Thursday December 20th – Last day for UPS Next-Day Air, Fedex Overnight
